Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Streetcraft Studio, including our website, templates, toolkit, tutorials, and any other products or services we offer (collectively, the "Products"), operated by Streetcraft LLC ("Streetcraft," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our Products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products

Streetcraft Studio provides digital Adobe Illustrator templates, brushes, and tools (offered as Starter, Pro, and Enterprise packs), along with tutorials and a tutorial library, to help you design street and intersection layouts. We may also offer courses, cohorts, and related services from time to time.

Our Products require Adobe Illustrator, which is sold separately by Adobe and is not included with your purchase. Our toolkit is currently only compatible with the English-language version of Illustrator.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to purchase our Products. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Purchases, pricing, and upgrades

Our template packs are sold as one-time purchases — you pay once and the toolkit is yours, with no recurring fees. Prices are shown at checkout and are subject to change at any time; changes won't affect purchases you've already made.

If you purchase the Starter pack and later want to upgrade to Pro, you'll receive a personal upgrade link so you only pay the difference. Upgrade links are personal to your purchase and shouldn't be shared or transferred.

Payment is processed by our commerce platform and its payment processor. We don't store your full payment card details.

4. License to use our products

When you purchase a Starter pack, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the included files for your own personal, non-commercial design work.

When you purchase a Pro pack, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user commercial license. You, personally, may use the included files to create commercial work for yourself or your clients, including concepts, presentations, visualizations, reports, and other derivative design work. This license doesn't extend to coworkers, firms, shared workstations, or anyone else.

If you need a license that covers multiple people across a firm or organization, you'll need an Enterprise license, which is governed by separate licensing terms. Enterprise licenses follow the same terms as Pro, but allow up to 5 users, all of whom must be part of the same firm or organization — for example, a city can't extend its Enterprise license to an outside subcontractor.

Your purchase is licensed to one individual only. You may install and use the toolkit on your own computers, but you may not share your account, download links, installer, files, or license with anyone else.

You retain ownership of the original work you create using Streetcraft Studio. Streetcraft LLC retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the toolkit, templates, brushes, tutorials, installer, and all other materials included with the Products.

Toolkit materials, including brushes, templates, assets, files, scripts, and other included resources, may not be redistributed, resold, shared, or uploaded, whether modified or unmodified.

You may not use the toolkit, its contents, or any of its materials to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.

5. Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you've given it a chance to try it out, reached out to let us help with any issues, and it's still not for you, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Losing access to Adobe Illustrator doesn't qualify as a reason for a refund, since Streetcraft Studio requires Adobe Illustrator and it's billed separately by Adobe.

If you receive a refund, you must uninstall the toolkit and delete all copies of its files from your systems. Continued use of the Products after a refund is not permitted.

6. Acceptable use

When using our Products, you agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute your download link, files, or account access
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying assets for redistribution
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce our site, tutorials, or library content
  • Use our Products in any way that violates applicable law

7. Disclaimers

Our Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that our Products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streetcraft LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Products. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Products if you violate these Terms, including sharing or redistributing licensed files.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles, regardless of where you access or use our Products from.

11. EU / UK users

If you're located in the EU, EEA, or UK, nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection rights you're entitled to under your local law that can't be waived by agreement. For details on how we handle your personal information, see the Privacy Policy below.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use our Products after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Privacy Policy

Streetcraft LLC ("Streetcraft," "we," "us," or "our") operates Streetcraft Studio, including this website and the products, tutorials, and communications associated with it. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you make a purchase, sign up for a form, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, and any message or feedback you submit. Payment information (such as card details) is collected and processed directly by our commerce platform and payment processor — we do not store your full payment card details ourselves.

Information collected automatically

Our site is built on Kajabi, which may automatically collect standard technical information when you visit — such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed — to operate the site, process checkout, and keep you logged in. We do not currently run separate advertising or analytics tracking pixels (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) on the site. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

Cookies

Our site is hosted on Kajabi, which sets cookies automatically to run the site, including both essential cookies (like keeping items in your cart, keeping you logged in, and completing checkout) and non-essential cookies used for site analytics. We don't add any separate advertising or analytics pixels of our own (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) on top of what Kajabi sets by default. For a full list of the cookies Kajabi uses, see Kajabi's Cookie Notice.

We don't currently have a region-specific cookie consent banner in place. You can control, block, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, though doing so may affect how parts of the site function, like staying logged in or completing checkout.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill your purchase, including delivering downloads and library access
  • Send you onboarding, setup, and product-related emails
  • Respond to support requests and feedback
  • Maintain records for accounting, tax, and legal purposes
  • Improve our products, site, and communications
  • Send occasional marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time

3. How we share your information

We don't sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run Streetcraft Studio, including:

  • Kajabi — our platform for hosting, checkout, payment processing, course/library delivery, and email
  • Formspree — used to process feedback form submissions

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information under the new owner.

4. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our products and services, maintain business records, and meet our legal and tax obligations. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we'll accommodate your request where we're able to.

5. Your rights and choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send. To access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email us at [email protected].

6. EU / EEA and UK users (GDPR)

If you're located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, the following applies to you in addition to the sections above:

Legal basis for processing

We process your information based on: performance of a contract (fulfilling your purchase and delivering products), our legitimate interests (operating and improving our business), your consent (for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time), and compliance with legal obligations (such as tax recordkeeping).

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information, and to object to or request restriction of certain processing. You can exercise these rights by emailing [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

International data transfers

We're based in the United States, and our service providers (including Kajabi) process data in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for transferring data outside the EU/EEA/UK.

7. Children's privacy

Streetcraft Studio is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. Data security

We rely on our service providers' security measures to protect your information, and we take reasonable steps to keep it safe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use our site or products after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
